When you can get a refund or replacement.
Before delivery
If we cannot deliver your tool, you get a full refund.
Tools with warranty
If the tool stops working during the warranty, open a claim from My tools. We will fix it or replace it.
If we cannot fix or replace it, we refund the unused part of the plan.
Tools with no warranty
No refund or replacement after delivery. You confirm this before buying.
Not covered
Change of mind after delivery, or problems caused by sharing or changing the account details.
